Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operations Manager to plan and process IT equipment efficiently, ensuring we meet customer service agreements (SLAs).
- Create guidelines for handling server and storage equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver customer-focused solutions and services.
- Set goals for your team, motivate them, and guide their skill development and personal growth.
- Ensure company policies on health, safety, quality, and the environment are followed.

What We are Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or similar role.
- Knowledge of IT equipment and an interest in technology.
- Strong English language skills (Dutch is a plus).
- Ability to manage production plans and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good computer skills.
