Production Team Leader | Two-shift system (From €4,090 to €4,250 per month, excluding shift allowance)

What will you do?

As a Production Team Leader, you will manage and oversee the entire production process. You will thrive in a fast-paced, growing company and enjoy the challenge of improving processes while the company continues to grow. In this hands-on leadership role, you will inspire and motivate your team to reach their full potential. You will be approachable, know what is happening on the production floor, and focus on meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards. Together with your team, you will ensure that top-quality products are delivered to customers every day.

The modern factory is divided into different departments. You, together with another team leader, will be responsible for one of these departments. The shifts are divided into two teams, and you will alternate between them.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production process and ensure that goals are met.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and other safety and quality standards on the floor.
• Motivate and support your team to achieve the best results.
• Hold regular team meetings and work closely with QC officers, production planners, and operators.
• Monitor the production process and implement improvements where necessary.
• Report to the production manager.

Who are you?

• You have a relevant degree, preferably in a technical field.
• You have 2-4 years of leadership experience in a production environment, preferably in the food or meat industry.
• You are familiar with HACCP and other quality and safety regulations.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• You are able to communicate effectively in English, Dutch is a bonus.
• You have strong leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to get the best out of your team.
• You are analytical, able to improve processes, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
