What will you do?
As a line leader, you are at the heart of the production process and responsible for keeping everything running smoothly. If you already have experience as an operator and want to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity. You will oversee operations, delegate tasks, register important product data, and ensure that all processes run safely and according to standards. No day is the same: one minute you’re fixing a minor machine issue, the next you’re guiding colleagues or checking the production schedule.
Your tasks include:
- Performing tasks accurately with attention to quality, hygiene, and safety
- Following ARBO, HACCP, and company standards
- Responsible for daily personnel and production planning
- Recording product data and ensuring accurate information processing
- Checking workstations for cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
- Ensuring a smooth production process according to set standards
- Identifying process and product deviations and solving minor malfunctions
- Supervising and guiding team members on the production floor
- Ensuring correct sorting of first and second choice products and waste
What do you bring?
- Experience as an operator, line/shift leader, or in a similar production environment
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level, ideally with experience in a technical sector
- Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations
- Good command of English; Dutch language skills are a plus
- Team player who can motivate and guide colleagues
- Availability for a 2-shift system
