Machine Operator | from €19.79 to €21.66 gross per hour incl. allowances

For a large and well-known meat producer in Beuningen, we are looking for experienced Machine Operators who know how to work with production lines and machines in a fast-paced environment. The company has been active in the food industry for more than 60 years and produces products such as ham and bacon for supermarkets and major food brands.

As a machine operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring different production machines within the process. You make sure the line keeps running smoothly, solve small technical issues when needed, and keep an eye on quality, safety, and output throughout your shift.

You will work in a modern production environment where teamwork, hygiene, and efficiency are very important. Together with your colleagues and team leader, you help ensure the production process runs safely and without interruptions.

What will you do?

• Set up and operate production machines
• Monitor product quality such as weight, shape, packaging, and labeling
• Detect and solve small technical malfunctions
• Perform first-line maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Register production and quality data
• Support and guide other operators
• Work according to hygiene, safety, and quality regulations (HACCP)

What do you bring?

• 0-2 years experience as a machine operator or within a production environment
• MBO level 2-4 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
• Technical insight and a hands-on mentality
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Ability to work accurately and independently
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Own transportation
