In this role you step into the heart of a large-scale food production environment, where precision, timing, and process control make the difference every single day. You take responsibility on the floor and play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
For a well-established meat producer in Beuningen (active for over 60 years), we are looking for an experienced Process Operator. The company produces high-quality meat products such as ham and bacon for leading supermarket and food service brands.
As a Process Operator, you are responsible for overseeing and controlling multiple parts of the production process. You ensure everything runs smoothly across different lines, step in when deviations occur, and safeguard quality, safety, and efficiency at all times.
You will work in a structured and modern production environment where initiative, responsibility, and process awareness are essential. Together with your team, you contribute to a stable and optimized production flow.
• Monitor and control production processes across multiple lines and departments
• Adjust and optimize process settings to ensure quality, efficiency, and output
• Analyse and resolve technical or process deviations
• Support and guide machine operators on the production floor
• Monitor product quality and overall production performance
• Register, review, and report production and quality data
• Contribute actively to process improvements and efficiency gains
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP)
• MBO level 4 working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a production environment (food industry is a plus)
• Strong technical and process understanding
• Ability to take responsibility and make decisions independently
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with production targets and quality standards
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Own transportation
• Salary between €20.24 and €22.16 gross per hour including shift allowances
• Travel expense reimbursement
